When coaching individuals, it’s about helping people connect to, surface and apply their strengths and talents. When working with teams, I design and facilitate engaging, interactive, humour filled and thought provoking experiences to support authentic dialogue. Development programs for leaders, learning programs for employees, and planning sessions and retreats, are all created to engage the audience, provoke new thinking, challenge assumptions, encourage dialogue and create momentum.
