Interpersonal Skills training, Leadership Development programs, and 1:1 Coaching are available for front-line staff, middle managers, and senior leaders. A wide variety of programs are offered, each customized to meet the specific needs of the client group. group1:1 Coaching is an individualized process that may be offered in conjunction with group programs, or on it's own, and is useful in supporting clients to truly maximize their personal and professional potential.
