Team learning and development is not an "event" but rather a "process". GM&A works with teams to identify issues and recognize strengths then collaborates with the team to design and facilitate the necessary learning and development processes. Teams come in many shapes and sizes' including front-line, senior, departmental, project, committee, board or task group and GM&A is comfortable working with them all.
Whether working with a newly created team, or working with one in progress, GM&A ensures a safe and open atmosphere is established. Depending on its stage of development, appropriate activities are designed to enhance trust, encourage dialogue, support risk taking, engage humour, and enable team learning. Working with teams through difficult transitions is a key strength of GM&A.
