Established in 1996, Glennie Mercer & Associates works with clients in the health care, public, not for profit, and private sectors. We offer services in the areas of interpersonal skills training, leadership development, team learning and organizational development consulting, as well as strategic and project planning.
Glennie Mercer is the founder and principal of Glennie Mercer & Associates. With a Masters in Education, a BA in Humanities, an RN, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management, Glennie is clearly committed to continuous learning and ongoing development.
Prior to opening her organizational development consulting practice, Glennie worked for Toronto East General Hospital as Director of Education from 1990-1996 and Manager of the Out Patient Department from 1986-1990. With previous management and staff development positions from 1980-1986, Glennie brings a wide breadth of leadership experience to her consulting role.
Whether designing a process, facilitating a planning session, leading a meeting, or presenting a workshop, Glennie collaborates with clients throughout the process to ensure that results are achieved. Expected outcomes include:
