Established in 1996, Glennie Mercer & Associates works with clients in the health care, public, not for profit, and private sectors. We offer services in the areas of interpersonal skills training; leadership development; team learning and organizational development consulting; strategic and project planning; and individual performance/leadership coaching.
Glennie Mercer is the founder and principal of Glennie Mercer & Associates. With a Masters in Education, a BA in Humanities, an RN, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management, Glennie is clearly committed to continuous learning and ongoing development. Most recently Glennie completed training as a Co-Active Coach through the internationally recognized Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Prior to opening her organizational development consulting practice, Glennie held several leadership positions in the healthcare sector and brings a wide breadth of knowledge and experience to her consulting role.
Whether DESIGNING process, FACILITATING sessions or COACHING individuals, Glennie collaborates with clients throughout the process to ensure that expectations are clear, goals determined and results achieved. Expected outcomes include:
